My Approach
Discovering & Treating the True Cause
Why Lifestyle and Psychology Matter

Many of us see illness as purely physical—a set of symptoms needing a quick fix. But in my experience, those symptoms often stem from deeper roots: our lifestyle habits and underlying psychology.

For some time, I believed that prescribing natural medicines would be my main strategy to help you heal. Over the years, I’ve come to realize that natural medicines can be incredible allies, but focusing solely on the body and its symptoms isn’t enough. Symptoms are often the end result of day-to-day choices—whether in diet, habits, stress management, or emotional coping, in other words your psychology and lifestyle.

-
Lifestyle includes everything from career choices, diet, and relationships to sleep patterns, hobbies, and everything in between. It's the way you live your life.

-
Psychology includes your beliefs, emotions, and thoughts—both conscious and subconscious. These shape the decisions you make and the behaviors that ultimately become your lifestyle habits.

By looking at both your lifestyle and psychology, we uncover the true cause of illness, rather than just masking the symptoms. I love helping people uncover those connections! My patients are often struck with deep "a-ha" moments where they realize what the cause of their symptoms are and how they can make life-changing shifts toward health and wholeness!

A Shift in Perspective
Imagine you drink too much alcohol every day. Over time, you might develop liver problems, experiencing symptoms like abdominal pain or fatigue. If we focus exclusively on improving your liver function with medicine, you’ll feel better—but if we never address why you’re drinking, the symptoms will return. That’s why I place so much emphasis on understanding the root of behaviors and helping you shift them.

Sometimes, you might know the reason for your lifestyle choices yet feel unable to change. In those cases, I use homeopathic medicines to help break mental cycles and spark new perspectives, so you can truly move forward.

What Is True Health?

I define health as wholeness—functioning as an integrated, harmonious whole in mind, body, and spirit. You can drift away from wholeness through unhealthy habits or unresolved traumas. Past emotional distress can fragment pieces of your psyche, leaving them “floating around” until you re-integrate them.

-
Re-integration means acknowledging traumas, learning from them, and bringing those pieces of yourself back together.

-
Often, patients carry traumas for decades or even their entire lifetime, still shaping their daily decisions and holding them back. Uncovering those links can be challenging but deeply liberating and sometimes utterly transformative!
My Goals, Your Goals
My primary goal is the same as yours: to rapidly improve your health so you’re no longer burdened by debilitating symptoms like fatigue, depression, anxiety, or pain.

But there’s more. I aim to create an experience that’s uplifting and insightful—one that empowers you with knowledge about your mind-body connection. I’m not a psychotherapist, but I do focus on your psychology, because addressing it often brings clarity and relief. I want everyone who steps into my office to leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded than when they arrived.

My secondary goal is to help you reach a state of true health—a level of fulfillment and freedom that allows you to be fully present in each moment. When you’re in the present, you can experience joy and gratitude naturally, without needing external conditions to feel good. It may sound idealistic, but with time and guidance, I believe it’s within your reach.

What to Expect

When we start working together, I’ll ask you a lot of questions so we can dive deep into your story, lifestyle, symptoms, and personality. I’ll also listen to your answers and allow you the time you need to speak openly. I approach each new patient with genuine excitement and an eagerness to learn. I see it as a shared exploration.

Open, Honest Conversation
-
We’ll talk about what’s really going on and how you feel.
-
No judgment—just curiosity and compassion.

Identifying the Root
-
Together, we’ll uncover the factors in your psychology and lifestyle that may be enabling illness.

Body Analysis & Biofeedback
-
All patients receive a ZYTO scan at every visit. This helps me understand where your body is stressed and where it needs support, and it help you see how your lifestyle is affecting your body.

Empowerment & Insight
-
Expect to walk away from each session with at least one fresh perspective on your health.
-
I’m constantly learning and evolving in my practice, and I love sharing that knowledge in a way that resonates with you.

You teach me about your experiences and your needs, and I teach you strategies to remove the obstacles to your health. The ultimate goal is self-awareness, which paves the way for lasting wellness.

How Long Will It Take to Feel Better?

Sometimes, patients return only a month after our first visit and report that most of their symptoms have faded. In other situations, improvements appear gradually over several months. It all depends on your individual circumstances, including any deeper emotional or psychological factors at play.

Rest assured, my goal is always to help you feel better as quickly as possible. But remember, true healing also involves understanding why these symptoms developed in the first place—so we can prevent them from reccurring. That kind of self-awareness and transformation can take months or even years, depending on how deeply rooted the issues are.

Real Patient Stories
Below are a couple of real-world examples showing how quickly—or gradually—improvements can happen.

One-Month Turnaround: a 38-year-old patient arrived feeling exhausted and had been dealing with an unusually prolonged menstrual cycle—she’d been bleeding for three weeks straight. Other symptoms included daily brain fog, fatigue, bloating, reflux, and constipation. Her ZYTO scan indicated significant stress in her detox pathways (especially the liver), immune, gastrointestinal, and endocrine systems.

-
She’d been experiencing worsening symptoms for two years, with no real answers from conventional doctors.
-
Within just one month of targeted naturopathic care, her period returned to a normal, comfortable cycle in the following month.
-
Her energy increased from 5 to 8 out of 10.
-
She began having daily bowel movements and no longer dealt with digestive issues.
-
All of this improvement occurred with just two medicines.

A Gradual, Six-Month Journey: a 45-year-old male patient came in complaining of ongoing migraines, low energy, and chronic sinus congestion that had plagued him for over three years. He also experienced mild depression and difficulty sleeping, which worsened his fatigue and daily discomfort.

His ZYTO scan showed moderate stress in the immune and nervous systems, alongside low-level gastrointestinal stress. Further lab work revealed borderline thyroid function issues and elevated inflammatory markers.
First Two Months:
-
We began by addressing his sleep quality and nutritional gaps, introducing targeted supplements, dietary adjustments, and gentle lifestyle changes such as daily walks and simple breathing exercises.
-
Initially, he saw minor improvements in energy—enough to begin feeling hopeful but still not where he wanted to be.
Three-to-Four Months
-
Around the third month, we dug deeper into his emotional well-being, exploring stress from unprocessed grief after a close family loss. He agreed to homeopathic support plus more focused talk sessions about how he handled daily stress. Gradually, his sleep improved, and migraines began to ease in frequency and intensity.
Five-to-Six Months:
-
By the fifth month, his sinus congestion was noticeably better, and he reported a significant drop in overall pain levels. He was less irritable, more mentally alert, and no longer felt trapped by low moods.
-
A follow-up ZYTO scan confirmed a reduced stress load in both the immune and nervous systems. By month six, he experienced only occasional mild migraines and was sleeping through the night.
Key Takeaways from His Case
-
Some issues—like deep-seated stress or lingering inflammation—can take months to unravel.
-
Addressing dietary habits, emotional well-being, and targeted supplements/homeopathics in stages led to steady, long-lasting improvements.
-
Patient Commitment: Consistent follow-ups, willingness to re-examine emotional health, and small lifestyle tweaks contributed to his eventual success
